- goal 9 -

   I really enjoyed yesterday's goal. I think I will do that more often. It's worth the effort. And with yesterday's goal I needed to do day 7's as well. I even have a video (which makes me feel like I'm gonna barf because I get all insecure and nervous). I also have a photo of me accomplishing yesterday's goal. I will post the video & picture at the end after Today's goal and questions. 

On This Day I Shall...

CONNECT WITH A FRIEND.

   Sometimes I inadvertently stay internal and forget to really connect with people. Well, that and sometimes schedules don't match up for a while. But I will try to connect with a friend today on a deeper level than passing hellos. 

Questions: Is it easy for you to connect with friends? How can you improve your friendships? (I know, getting deep with this one!)

Yesterday's recap- It was definite a challenge for me to stay present and in the moment... It always has been. But, I really, really tried. I still need to work on it. I did better than normal, though. :)

PLAY AN INSTRUMENT (for me, It's my guitar)

I usually have a hard time playing my guitar because I've always had and "I'm not good enough" complex. But I'm working through that and the goal today will help.
