TAKE A WALK (and maybe do some short hill sprints)
I think yesterday it officially became summer here in Kansas City. It was suddenly very humid and sticky and sweaty outside. For me, that makes taking a walk slightly less enjoyable. BUT it's so green everywhere and the birds are chirping and the sun is shining. And those things make it lovely! Also, since I don't have a car I walk to work most days. Today is my day off so it'll be nice to take a walk as a walk and not as a means to get to work.
I'm looking forward to this walk. Off I go!
