Yesterday's goal was a great experiment in learning that I can be peaceful throughout the day, all day. Did you do it too? What did you learn? I learned that it's much more simple to intentionally stay peaceful than I expected... and it's so worth that small effort.
Alrighty, I've got the next two days off work. I really love my job and I am thankful to have these two days off from being there. Yay!
I've been lying awake in bed for a bit trying to decide what I want today's goal to be. Lots of things floating around, but nothing really landed. Until this one:

BE ARTISTIC (like paint, doodle, write, etc)
It's one of my very favorite things to do and I miss it. I've had other things to tend to in my life this past year so my creativity time has certainly dwindled. This goal will give me a reason to focus on it for some time today.
Q: are you artistic? What your most enjoyed artistic medium?
I enjoy writing, mostly poetry. I think I will reflect today on just this.
